Hotel Schwaiger is a 4-star boutique hotel that offers comfortable accommodation for the convenience of those visiting Prague; be it for business or for pleasure. The rooms and their interiors are decorated with a taste of the 1920's (First Czechoslovak Republic) and are designed to satisfy even the most exacting of guests. However, the real treasure of our hotel is a charming garden.
Our restaurant offers an excellent selection of traditional meals presented in modern style. Our Chef Radek Ryška uses ingredients sourced from local farms and is capable of creating a memorable gourmet experience. The restaurant can be used for business meetings, family events or garden parties.
Hotel Schwaiger is proud to have re-opened its doors after complete reconstruction in 2017.

Residential house was built on the old foundations in 1840-1841 by František Roubíček and rebuilt to its present form in the years 1882-1896 with the name Villa Klára. Since 1921 it is a registered Czech Republic cultural heritage site as Villa Schwaiger. In 2016 the Villa has been completely reconstructed and is proud to have re-opened its doors in 2017 as Hotel Schwaiger.
Hanuš Schwaiger (1854 – 1912), was educated in the “Arts” in Vienna and Salzburg, and lived with his family in the villa from 1897 to 1912. Here he found the serenity to create his art, and he has hosted many famous people such as Tomáš Garrigue Masaryk.
